Smooth numbers in simultaneous arithmetic progressions

We prove a mean value theorem on the distribution of smooth numbers in two simultaneous arithmetic progressions, with generalizing a result of Drappeau. Let $\varepsilon>0$ and $(\log x)^C x^{407/720}$.
