A Lévy--Khintchine argument gives the parameter-explicit bound $λ_{\\min}(S_I)\\ge r\\,m_{\\min}$ for the symmetric part, valid for $Y\\in(0,2)\\setminus\\{1\\}$, replacing numerical spectral estimates.
